1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site and apply to the research panel. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. What We Provide

Vantis Research connects members with paid research opportunities — such as surveys, focus groups, product tests, and related studies — offered by third-party brands, agencies, and research firms. We provide access and matching only; we are not the provider of the underlying studies.

3. Not Employment; No Guarantee of Compensation

Participation in the research panel is not employment, and registering does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Study availability, qualification, compensation amounts, and payment timing are determined by the individual studies and their providers, and they vary. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, be selected for, or earn any particular amount from any study. Individual results vary.

4. Third-Party Offers and Websites

The Site links or redirects to third-party websites, offers, and services that we do not own or control. Your dealings with, and any compensation from, third parties are solely between you and those third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products, practices, or payment.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Provide honest feedback and responses
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the Site, studies, or providers

6. Intellectual Property
